Pick up and return of the car

  • Same pick-up point at the airport as during normal working hours

FAQ

1. Do I need a credit card?

You don't have to, just use a debit card.

2. Do I pay any additional commission?

Absolutely not, I only handle commissions directly with the rental company.

3. Can I pay on the spot?

Our clients have an exception and pay only when picking up the car. However, they must enter their card details during the booking process to authorise the card.

4. Is there a deposit?

No.

5. Can another person drive the car?

Yes, if a request is made for a second driver. This is free if the driver is between 25 and 69 years of age and has at least 2 years of experience.

6. Do I have to clean the car?

There is no need to worry too much about the outside, but inside there should be no garbage and other clutter, no pollution, returned to its original state.

7. Will I get a car with a full tank of gas?

Yes a full tank, which you also return full.

8. What are the cancellation conditions?

Free cancellation at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone to the rental company.

9. Can I take my car on the ferry?

Prohibited under penalty.

10. Are there any car seats available?

Yes. For a fee of around 9 Euro per day (depending on the type and number of days of rental), seat cushions 3 to 7 Euro per day depending on the type and number of days of rental, simply add online during booking.

11. Is there a mileage limit?
