Where to find us at the airport

Our offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all of them.

Please follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area, where our shuttle will be waiting for you:

1. Exit the arrivals terminal between doors B and C.

2. Cross the moving walkways underneath the bridge towards the parking building.

3. After crossing two pedestrian crossings (the first regulated by a traffic light and the second marked by pedestrian signage only), turn left to take the pedestrian path.

4. At the end of the pedestrian path, another black pedestrian path begins, marked with the "Other VTC" signage. Follow this path, enter the parking building, and continue until you find a red door with the sign "Abonados G".

5. Cross the door, and directly in front of you, you will find the meeting point for our courtesy shuttle.

Where is the shuttle?

If on arrival, the shuttle is not at the meeting point, don't worry! We will send you a Shuttle Tracker by email so that you know exactly where your shuttle is and how long it will take to pick you up.

Return of the car

The car is returned to the office, after which you will be driven to the airport.

FAQ

1. What kind of cards are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD). We don't accept neither EC-Karte or American Express. Cash payments, payments with virtual cards, digital cards, or through smartphones are also not accepted. Only physical cards are accepted as a payment method.

Cards must be nominative. The owner of the card must be present at the time of pick up/ payment.

2. Is there a deposit?

There is no deposit when using the All-inclusive and Smart Car plans.

3. How can i pay?

You have the possibility to pay at the moment of booking the vehicle on our website or if you prefer, at the counter when you pick up the vehicle.

4. What are the opening hours at these offices?

From 7am to 11pm. The vehicle must be returned within the time specified in the contract. In case of delay, a fee of EUR 25 per day will be charged.

If the delay also means an additional day of rental, you will also be charged the amount corresponding to the additional days of rental. Rent is calculated in 24-hour periods. This period is calculated from the exact time the car is picked up until the time it is returned.

Reservations with pickup outside of office hours will not be accepted.

It is important to note that we will provide clients with a 45-minute reserve to arrive at the meeting point after the aircraft has landed. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

In case of flight delays we will wait for you. A fee of EUR 40 will be charged for all bookings outside our opening hours.

5. How many additional drivers are allowed?

You may have up to 3 additional drivers per contract. The surcharge applicable per driver is 8.00€ per day (Maximum 80€ per car hire and driver).

If the driver is a different person from the rent tenant or the payer, it is complusory to book our Top Cover insurance

6. May I pay for the fuel tank before collecting the vehicle?

If you have contracted our "All Inclusive" rate, no fuel deposit will be charged. You will simply be required to return the vehicle full of fuel.

However, in the "Full / Full" fare the fuel price will be withheld as a deposit that will be refunded completely if it is returned full again.

7. What is the cancellation cost?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before vehicle pickup and will incur no charges or penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.

8. Are there any car seats available?

We can provide you child/baby seats for children between 0 - 9kg, 9 - 18kg and booster seats for children between 18 - 36kg. These extras have an additional cost of 10,95 € / day with a maximum amount of 95€.

9. Is there any mileage limitation?

Mileage is unlimited in both rates we offer and in all our vehicle groups except for the C7, C9, C22, C23, E3, E5, E12, E13,G2, G3 and C9, E3, G2, G3 and G5 (Mallorca and Ibiza), which are limited to 160km per day. It will be applied a surcharge of € 0.25 per extra kilometre.

10. Which are the age requirements to rent a car?

21 years old is the minimum age to rent a car, except for groups E5 and C7, where the minimum age for renting is 25 years old. We also require at least 1-year of driving experience. Drivers aged 21-24 (both inclusive) must pay a surcharge of 8,00€/per day, maximum 85 €/ per car hire.
