Car reservation
1) Booking on the website: https://www.moovrentacar.com/
2) You enter the pick-up location including the time (add about half an hour after the arrival time) and the location, date and time of the car return.
3) Select and order ONLY at TARIF REDPACK!!!!
4) After selecting the car, you enter the details of the main driver - name, surname, email, phone number, confirm the terms and conditions and you are redirected to online payment by card.
5) After payment, a booking confirmation including a booking code will be sent to your email.
6) An email requesting online check-in (must be completed) will arrive shortly.
7) You send me on Whatsapp or via the form that is on the Spanishride page, the details of the reservation, it is important to send me: the BOOKING CODE, the RENTAL AMOUNT IN EUR, INFORMATION, THE US NUMBER USED IN THE ORDER, USED BY WHATSAPP
Additional booking information on the Moovrent website:
- Car categories are always ordered, but if you want a specific model, email me along with the booking code and I will arrange.
- If you need car seats, I'll sort it out for free, just email me your child's weight or a request for a booster seat.
- If you want a free second driver, I can advise you how.
- If you want to pick up your car at the airport and return it in another location, this is possible and you enter the location in the return location - either Palma and surroundings or whether the return location is in the east, north, west or south of the island. You send the exact address to me!
Car pick-up
Once at the airport, exit through the main exit and just walk straight to the parking house. There's a bar/cafe downstairs. In front of this place is the Express parking see map (photo). You will call the rental company to bring your car to the Express parking.
They also use whatsapp: +34 644 54 80 62 (used for any communication with the rental company).
Once you've been picked up, the staff member takes a few photos of the car, hands over the keys and asks you if you understand driving the car, checks the tank is full, off you go. Be warned, parking here is only free for 15 minutes and you must have a parking ticket in your car to drive out of the airport.
Drop-off procedure
Back at the Express parking lot. You leave a parking ticket in the car. The car will be in the same condition as when you received it, with a full tank of gas.
FAQ
1. Do i need a credit card?
No need.
2. Is it possible to pay on the spot?
Unfortunately, this option is not available for one simple reason, because the cars are taken to the Express Parking, where parking is free for 15 minutes. Therefore, the administration must take as little time as possible. Payment is online during the booking process and you will receive a confirmation in your email immediately.
3. Is there a deposit?
If you choose the REDPACK plan, which I recommend and not the other, then there is no deposit and you are entitled to a free second driver when you report to the rental company or a free car seat. Otherwise a deposit is required.
4. What are the operating hours of teh car rental company?
Operating hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Can another person drive the car?
If you have reported it to the rental company and supplied the necessary documents, booked the REDPACK tariff, then yes. Otherwise it is not allowed.
6. Do i have to clean the car?
There is no need to worry too much about the outside, but inside there should be no garbage and other clutter, no pollution, returned to its original state.
7. Do i have a petrol or diesel car?
The easiest way is to open the tank cover and there is a hint on the lid, E5 and E10 is gasoline, or Gasolina. B7 is the designation for diesel.
8. What is the fuel policy?
On Greenpack and Redpack tariffs, you get a full tank, and you return a full tank.
9. What are the cancellation conditions?
All cancellations must be made in writing to the following email address: bookings@moovrentacar.com, quoting the booking number in the subject line. In the Red Pack, a refund will be made if the cancellation request has been made at least 48 hours (or at the rate) before the start date of the contract, except for reasons of force majeure (natural disaster, war, attacks ), death or serious illness of the renter, his parents, siblings or children) reliably accredited either by web, email or conventional mail. Up to 48 hours before the start of the contract, date changes are allowed for one year. 10. Can I drive my car across the border to Spain or take a ferry to a Spanish island?

11. Are there any car seats available?
Yes, I can arrange it for free in the REDPACK tariff, just give me the booking code, the weight of the child or for small children indicate that you want an "egg", for larger children a seat. The law says that you must have a car seat or booster seat up to 135 cm high.
