Car pick-up
Once you have collected your luggage, or if you have not checked luggage, let us know shortly before leaving the terminal, by phone at +34 634 306 431
The meeting point is in front of the arrivals building on the ground floor. Leave the terminal through exits B or C and cross the street under the bridge towards the airport parking building, there we will be waiting for you next to the "Bar Coffee". Google Maps location: https://t.ly/_cL7
Look for our Top Gear Mobility mini bus or one of our operators in bright orange gear. The minibus will take you to our office in less than 10 minutes and once there we will check your documentation to sign your contract once paid. And with this, you will be ready to enjoy one of our cars!

Outside the operating hours, i.e. from 23.01-06:59, the car is usually returned at the airport according to the rental company's instructions.

1. Do i need a credit card?
No need.
2. Is there a deposit?
Without deposit payment.
3. Can I pay when I take delivery of the car?
It is possible, but you need to click through from our site, not directly from the operator's site, we have a unique link where the operator knows that you are our client. The advantage of this for you is not only individual support, but also that you can pay on the spot. What do you need to do for this? Go through the whole booking and when you are at the end of the booking and prompted to pay, so email us on whatsapp, we will check if the booking is in the system, close the order, send instructions, confirmation and pay on the spot. The free cancellation is at least 48h before the scheduled arrival, so please inform us in advance in case you will not be flying.
4. What are the operating hours of the car rental company?
From 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., but there is no problem to rent or return the car outside the opening hours, only a surcharge of 25 Euro is applied, which is already included during the calculation, because you enter the time of renting and returning the car.
5. Can another person drive the car?
Please note, car insurance works a little differently here, you may need to have a second driver on the policy, we offer this option free of charge, just email us the full name and date of birth of the second driver. If the driver is 21-24 years old, the car insurance will be significantly more expensive, so the second driver will be charged. For ages 25 and over, the second driver is free.
6. Do I have to clean the car?
Yes you need to vacuum the car, you don't need to deal with the car wash, the interior is the main thing.
7. Do I have a petrol or diesel car?
The easiest way is to open the tank cover and there is a hint on the lid, E5 and E10 is gasoline, or Gasolina. B7 is the designation for diesel.
8. What is the fuel policy?
Please note that the fuel level should be approximately the same as when you picked up the car. You are more likely to receive a car with a quarter of a tank than a full tank, there is a slightly different policy to other car hire companies.
9. What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions for prepaid reservations: To obtain a refund of the prepaid amount. If you book with TopGear directly and you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you'll get a full refund. If the cancellation is made between 48 hours and 24 hours before your arrival, a 50% refund will be made. If the cancellation is within 24 hours before your arrival, no refund is applied. If the reservation is prepaid to a third company (intermediary), TopGear is not responsible for refunding the amount.
10. Can I drive my car across the border to Spain or take a ferry to a Spanish island?
This option is not available here and is strictly forbidden under penalty of a fine.
11. Are there any car seats available?
You can book car seats of different sizes or a booster seat, the rental price per day and piece is 6 Euro. By law, a child under 135 cm must be in a car seat or booster seat.
12. Is there a mileage limit?
There is no limit.
13. What is the age limit for renting a car?
A valid driver's license and at least one year of experience is required. Minimum age is 21 years. Drivers aged 21 to 24 pay a higher premium than drivers aged 25 and above. The insurance surcharge is automatically added during the online booking process.
