After booking

Once you get the confirmation in your email, there will be a request to check-in online. If you fill it in, there is a machine at the branch and it will issue you with the car keys. If you don't fill it out, the attendant will give you the car keys.

Car pick-up

Our offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all of them.

Please follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area, where our shuttle will be waiting for you:

1. Exit the arrivals terminal through the nearest door.

2. Turn left, leaving the taxi stand behind.

3. Walk approximately 150 meters and you will find parking P6, where the Rent a Car shuttles are located.

4. Wait for the shuttle to pick you up next to the 'Meeting Point' sign.

Where is the shuttle?

If on arrival, the shuttle is not at the meeting point, don't worry! We will send you a Shuttle Tracker by email so that you know exactly where your shuttle is and how long it will take to pick you up.

Returning the car

After returning the car, you will be taken to the airport.

FAQ

1.Do I need a credit card?

Both debit and credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard).

2. Is there a deposit?

No deposit is paid.

3. Is it possible to pay when I take delivery of the car?

Yes, you can.

4. What are the operating hours of the car rental company?

From 7am to 11pm. The vehicle must be returned within the time specified in the contract. In case of delay, a fee of EUR 25 per day will be charged.

If the delay also means an additional day of rental, you will also be charged the amount corresponding to the additional days of rental. Rent is calculated in 24-hour periods. This period is calculated from the exact time the car is picked up until the time it is returned.

Reservations with pickup outside of office hours will not be accepted.

It is important to note that we will provide clients with a 45-minute reserve to arrive at the meeting point after the aircraft has landed. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

In case of flight delays we will wait for you. A fee of EUR 40 will be charged for all bookings outside our opening hours

5. Can another person drive the car?

Yes, but it must be stated in the contract. Currently, the second driver's insurance costs about 8 Euro per day. Attention, whoever is not in the contract and is not insured is not allowed to drive the car!

6. Do I have to clean the car?

The rental price includes cleaning of the exterior, so it is mainly the interior of the car. If they are very dirty, a fine may apply. This applies to the following: litter, cigarette butts, sand from the beach, stains on the upholstery, wet spots, damp smell. All cars are non-smoking!!!

7. Will I get a car with a full tank of gas?

Yes, so then you also return the car with a full tank.

8. What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up and will not incur any fees or penalties. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price. Such cancellations can be processed in the "Customer Service" section of the website or by calling +34 964 010 000 or sending an email to bookings@wiberrentacar.com

9. Can I leave the Spanish border with my car?

Such behaviour is strictly prohibited and fined.

10. Are there any car seats available?

Car seats of all sizes, the price of each of them is 10,95 Euro per day, maximum 95 Euro for the rental period, so for example rental for 10 days will not cost 109,5 Euro, but 95, etc.

11. Is there a mileage limit?

There is no restriction for most cars, but always check this information when booking.
